Coaching Saturday 3rd October

After a few weeks of learning how to start fast, corner fast, jump off and back fast we’re going to slow things down and focus on braking.  By the end of the session you’ll have got those levers on the end of your bars working overtime.  Lots to practice, braking into corners, descents, stopping the bike on a descent, learning which brake to use and when… the list goes on.

Looks like we might be able to hang on to the brighter weather for another weekend but it is looking cold so sensible clothing, long sleeves, trousers and better to have layers to remove than none to put on!

So clean those brake blocks, discs and pads and we’ll see you Saturday morning.
