It was great to see so many riders out for the Social ride last weekend – I hope those that came along enjoyed the ride. We’re back at Hetton Lyons Park this Saturday for our regular coaching session. This is likely (weather dependant) to be our last session of the winter programme before we move to Road & MTB in March,
Forecast for Saturday is looking dry, however potentially a windy one so we’ll try to identify the more sheltered areas of the park for the session which will focus on off-road cornering techniques.

As we move in to the Road season in March, Riders & Parents should familiarise themselves with British Cycling guidance on Gear Restrictions. It is important as youth riders develop that they do not ride over geared bikes. Please take a look at the BC guide in the downloads section of the website or by clicking here.
