Please note there is no MTB session this week as it is Round 1 of the North East XC MTB Series at Hamsterley. Road coaching will continue as normal. This week’s session will be on cornering techniques where the coaches will no doubt be turning the track into a slalom ski course with lots of red and blue gates to go through.
